- Double patio doors opening onto garden.
- Dining room table and 8 chairs.
- Modern kitchen with large breakfast bar, fully fitted with electric range stove, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink, etc.
- To the right a utility room with washing machine and clothes airer and separate WC and wash basin.
- Staircase leading upstairs to a stunning mezzanine level, overlooking the lounge.

1st Bedroom: En-suite master bedroom, arranged as a double room with zip and link single beds to form a very large queen size bed (6ft x 6ft 6”), a flat screen 26" TV and DVD player. The en-suite has a large shower cubicle, WC and basin. Oaks floors with rugs.
2nd Bedroom: Arranged as a twin room or the single beds will zip and link to form a very large queen size bed (6ft x 6ft 6”) with balcony doors opening to countryside views. Oak floors with rug.

All the beds are high quality sprung based.
